1. Background of regulation revision
With the rapid development of intelligent network technology, users have put forward higher demands for the safety, comfort, efficiency and other performance of ICVs. In order to maintain the system advancement and industry guidance of C-ICAP assessment program, CATARC cooperated with the industry to carry out technical research, and finally formed C-ICAP (2024 version). It is used for "independent, impartial and professional" assessment of the performance of intelligent networked vehicles.
2. Main revisions
Compared to C-ICAP (version 1.1), C-ICAP (version 2024) has the following changes:
A. Add Privacy Protection assessment unit:
Privacy Protection assessment rules include two first-level indicators: Network Communication Protection and Personal Information Protection.
Network Communication Protection carries out privacy protection assessment of vehicle Bluetooth, WiFi, digital key and other functions, and uses real network attack use cases and simulation combined network attack use cases to simulate attacks on vehicle network information systems. Personal Information Protection is to assess the security of Sensitive Personal Information on Vehicle, General Personal Information on Vehicle, and Personal Information on Mobile Devices throughout the data life cycle.
B. Revised the driver assistance unit
a. Revised Basic Driving Assistance
Add Target Longitudinal Movement, Human-machine Co-driving, False Response three secondary indexes, adjust the Front Vehicle Static State Identification and Response, Front Vehicle Low-speed Identification and Response, Lateral Crossing of Target Object, System State and other test cases.
b. Revised Basic Parking Assistance
Add Parking-out assist,Driver interaction two first indexes,add Parking into special parking spot, Parking out of parallel parking spot, Parking out of perpendicular parking spot, System operation, System interaction five secondary indexes,adjust Parking into parallel parking spot, Parking into perpendicular parking spot.
In case of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version, the Chinese version shall prevail.
